Granmama gets Lucie a helmet to protect her noggin from sketchy falls. Wouldn't it be funny to spin this forward 10 and 20 years to see if Lucie still needs the helmet. Lucie taking traffic safety with a helmet; Lucie at her first prom with her unicorn helmet; crossing her college graduation with the helmet...etc...etc.. I'm not sure this is such a good idea....all I think of is the shortbus ;)We thought this safety device would keep Lucie safe and sound. Unfortunately that's not the case. First thing she did was jump on Burton's back and ride him for the full 8 second count to score full rodeo points. She then flipped poppy off as she did a 180 of the 2nd story balcony and then capped it off by running into the glass door repeatedly while trying to get to Burton on the other side (you can see his eyes in the pic above). She's now requesting climbing shoes, some spandex and some chalk so she can free climb the exterior of the house. This isn't good.
I'm out.
